The following information is given in a death certificate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-base-3-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>Name of the deceased;<\/li><li>Address of the deceased;<\/li><li>Place of birth of the deceased;<\/li><li>Place of death;<\/li><li>Date of death;<\/li><li>Details of the party issuing the death certificate.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-663c6739 gb-headline-text\">Translating a death certificate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-headline gb-headline-4f94c1cb gb-headline-text\">If you need to use a Dutch death certificate outside the Netherlands you will need to obtain a certified translation of the certificate into the officially recognised language of the destination country.
