Translating a death certificate
If you need to use a Dutch death certificate outside the Netherlands you will need to obtain a certified translation of the certificate into the officially recognised language of the destination country. It is also possible to obtain a certified Dutch translation of a foreign death certificate so that you can use the certificate with Dutch institutions.
