Your translation will be quickly made for you by a professional (sworn) translator.
You will receive your translation by email and, in case you requested a sworn translation, also by direct mail or courier.
What do we need from you?
In order to have your document translated by a sworn translator, we need only a clearly legible, unprocessed scan or photo of the original document. One of our translation consultants will examine which sworn translator best suits the professional jargon in your document. The document will then be translated by one of our sworn native speakers of the target language.
A copy of the original document shall be printed out and attached to the translated document. The sworn translator shall sign the document, affix stamps and affix his or her declaration. The sworn translation is then an official document within the Netherlands.

Is applying for a visa always necessary?
If you travel to Azerbaijan, you will need a visa. The type of visa you need depends on several factors. Will you be studying, working, or are you on holiday? How long do you wish to remain in the country? What is the main reason for your visit? All factors are connected and there generally is a specific visa that suits your reason for visiting.

Tourist visa conditions
To become eligible for a tourist visa, you must meet a number of conditions:
- You must possess a credit card for the application, and provide a digital copy of your passport.
- A confirmation of your hotel booking or other accomodation must be presented.
- You possess a passport that is valid for at least one month after return.
- Providing an overview of your flight schedule is also a requirement.
- A multiple-entry visa makes it possible to enter or exit the country multiple times during a period of 12 months after issue, with a maximum stay of 90 days.
Further business visa conditions
To become eligible for a business visa, you are required to meed a number of conditions:
- An invitation of the company you engage in business with, and a State of Registration acquired through the Ministry of Justice.
- A letter of guarantee from the same business partner.
